This facility is seeking a Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule:

8 Hours Per Day. Office is Open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

Children and Adolescents Credentialing Timeframe:

2-3

Weeks State Licensure:

Active Florida State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)

Requirements:

Board Certified, Fingerprinting process through the Agency for Health Care Administration (ACHA) is required and use of Avatar Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
