As we grow, we are seeking talented professionals who share our commitment to excellence and positive outcomes. Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our expanding multidisciplinary team. This part-time, flexible position is ideal for a psychiatrist who wants to make a meaningful impact with a manageable caseload, convenient scheduling, and the option to work remotely. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adult clients Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care Collaborate with our clinical and medical teams to optimize patient care Participate in clinical case reviews and treatment planning Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in our EHR system Support and consult with therapists and other team members as needed Qualifications MD or DO, licensed to practice medicine in TN (or eligible for licensure) Board Certification in Adult Psychiatry (required) Completion of at least 3 years of psychiatry residency DEA certification for prescribing Schedule II-V medications Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Experience in outpatient, addiction, or community mental health settings is a plus Commitment to ethical practice, quality care, and ongoing professional growth What We Offer True flexibility: Set your schedule—ideal for supplementing a private practice or existing role.
