Setting:

Hybrid Onsite/Remote

• Outpatient Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in the Monroe, Michigan area

Schedule:

24-40 hours/week Flexible Monday-Friday schedule between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST , based on availability

Hybrid Flexibility:

The in-person component is flexible and determined collaboratively with the partner. There is no fixed requirement for the number of on-site days.

Patient Population:

Adults (18+)

Primary Diagnoses:

Mild to moderate behavioral health acuity, including a broad range of outpatient psychiatric conditions

Appointment Times:

60-minute initial evaluations 30-minute follow-up appointments 30 minutes of administrative time built into each clinic day

Support:

Dedicated clinical and administrative support staff available to assist with patient flow, care coordination, and day-to-day operational needs No on-call required!

Qualifications:

Active Michigan medical license required (or ability to obtain prior to start) Availability for 24-40 hours per week during EST business hours Experience treating adult patients (18+) in an outpatient behavioral health setting preferred Telehealth experience preferred Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
