Psychiatrist opening in IN Located in Columbus, IN Full-Time, Permanent Hybrid -
Remote and Other Work LocationsPractice Overview:
Full-time Psychiatrist opportunity in Columbus, Indiana Hybrid role with remote and other work locations FQHC Look-Alike setting focused on accessible, integrated healthcare Provide psychiatric services for adults, children, and adolescents Complete psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management Participate in treatment team meetings and quality improvement initiatives Supervise collaborative practice agreements with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants Participate in on-call rotation for daytime and nighttime emergency coverage, with additional compensation Provide leadership support for clinic operations, clinical quality, and community relations Maintain timely clinical documentation within one business day of service Support productivity, billing accuracy, compliance, and patient access to care
Compensation & Recruitment Package:
Salary range: $212,300 - $318,400 Additional compensation for on-call responsibilities Continuing education opportunities
Job Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of Psychiatry residency required Board Eligible in Psychiatry required Board Certification in a psychiatric specialty preferred Unlimited Indiana medical license required 0-3 years of experience preferred FQHC leadership experience preferred Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative care skills
