Marketing Partnership & Strategic Scientific Guidance Start your day partnering closely with Hair Color DMI teams, acting as a scientific thought partner during concept development, renovation, and launch planning. You help shape claim direction and scientific narratives by translating scientific opportunities and constraints into clear, brandrelevant strategic options. You also work in close collaboration with laboratory, formulation, and evaluation teams to anticipate how technology innovation, performance mechanisms, and measurement capabilities can enable future claims, renovation pathways, or platform scalability-raising key scientific questions early to avoid downstream claim limitations. Scientific Communication & Asset Review Review and validate scientific content across concepts, cartons, packaging, advertising copy, websites, ecommerce descriptions, training materials, and education assets, ensuring technical accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the intended scientific story. Testing Coordination & Scientific Interpretation Work closely with laboratory, Claims, Safety, Analytical, Clinical, and Evaluation Intelligence teams to coordinate approved testing. Analyze and interpret results not only to inform immediate next steps, but also to shape interpretation frameworks that support future claim activation, renovation potential, and evolution of scientific narratives across the portfolio. Serve as a scientific advocate for Hair Color technologies by enabling Marketing, Education, and externalfacing teams with accurate, compelling scientific narratives that elevate perceived value, credibility, and consumer relevance. CrossFunctional & Global Collaboration Act as a US scientific voice in collaboration with global R&I hubs, laboratory partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring market relevance and clarity.
