Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent Overview This is a remote position for an experienced Staff Pathologist (MD) who has experience diagnosing cancer in any capacity. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic pathology analysis Ensure compliance with laboratory and medical regulations Collaborate with medical teams on case reviews Support research and clinical trials through pathology insights Contribute to quality control and assurance processes Requirements Required MD, DO, or equivalent degree required Board certification in pathology required 3-5 years of experience is ideal Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities Knowledge of industry best practices Preferred Experience with developing and applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms for quantitative image analysis of cancer tissue biomarkers. Experience in IHC-supervised annotation procedures for tumor identification, specifically outlining tumor cells in a localized area.
