Work and Call Schedule:
ER, Inpatient, Outpatient mix Monday to
Friday:
8am to 5pm generally. Always entertaining new models. Outside off-hours service starts at 6 pm!
Weekend call:
Split evenly. With 8 rads, would be 7 per year including holidays. Post call Monday off
Holidays:
Fair rotation with no "senior/premium/legacy/super-partners."
PACS:
McKesson with PowerScribe One, including Modlink and Smart-Impressions ERAD with integrated dictation (Tele-Radiology), about to upgrade
Volume:
Around 70-90 RVU per day of all modalities Annual Volume ~17-19k
RVU Compensation:
Can do various models, 1099, W-2 with benefits etc, and adjust $/RVU around that: daytime in the low to mid $40/rvu, weekends of course valued more like 55-60/RVU. Ability to increase income with occasional optional extra volume Contracts built into all facilities with $/RVU base with 2.5% inflation adjustments

10-12 weeks negotiable (with 8 rads evenly split would be 13 weeks). Rotating preference for high-demand times with no "senior/premium/legacy/super-partners."
