Job Description Summary Samaritan Health Services in Oregon has an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate in Occupational Medicine Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit integrated health care delivery system, is seeking a new grad or experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in joining our Occupational Medicine team to work a 4-day work week alongside a team known for its' warm in-office camaraderie on the picturesque Oregon Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for an APC looking to explore a fun, new specialty making a true difference in the health and wellness of the breathtaking coastal community of Newport, OR. Assist with physicals, immunizations, drug and alcohol testing, treatment of injured workers and more. Nestled between the Coast Range and the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean, Newport boast some of the most breathtaking scenery on the central Oregon Coast with vast stretches of rugged cliffs, lush vegetation and sandy beaches. The temperate coastal climate allows for a variety of activities year-round, including hiking, whale watching, golfing, shopping, deep-sea fishing and surfing. Job Specifics 4-day work week Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. New grads accepted, willing to train Primarily based in Newport, some travel to nearby Lincoln City 10-20 patients per day $3,000 CME year + med mal and tail insurance Competitive base salary, relocation and starting bonus Job Requirements Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented Eligibility to work in the United States We offer an attractive salary plus incentives, relocation assistance, paid malpractice, CME days plus allowance, Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) and a competitive benefit package.
