Schedule:
7on/7 off- Night docs work 6p to 7a
- Night schedule is flexible; not necessarily 7/7
- One Nocturnist on each night
- Average of 5 at admissions at night.
- ICU is open and we round there
- Intensivists are present
- We have Tele-ICU coverage overnight from 7p-7a
- No procedures required
- Hospitalists respond to codes
- 85 bed hospital
- 45 Medicine beds; 9 ICU beds (average census of 6)
