Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE OBGYN

Physician needed to join well-established, highly collaborative OB/GYN team in coastal South Carolina. Balanced outpatient/inpatient role with strong physician support, APP collaboration, and leadership focused on sustainability and wellbeing.

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION 36

patient-facing hours + 4 admin hours/week Shared call 1:7 (sustainable, physician-friendly) Guaranteed base salary (typically MGMA median) + WRVU bonuses $25K+ sign-on bonus 24 days PTO + 5 days CME allowance ($3K/year) W2 (no 1099)

TEAM & SUPPORT 7 OBGYN

physicians + 1 GYN

APP + 1 CNM

Dedicated nursing support (clinic & L&D) Strong administrative support Cerner EMR with Dragon dictation + Ambient

AI SERVICES & PROCEDURES OBSTETRICS

Prenatal care & deliveries (vaginal/cesarean) High-risk pregnancy management (up to 32 weeks) Level II nursery on site L&D, postpartum, nursery, C-section ORs on same floor

GYNECOLOGY

Surgical procedures (hysterectomy, laparoscopic) Office-based procedures (IUD, colposcopy) Well-woman care & complex gynecologic management

HIGH-RISK SUPPORT

Established transfer protocols"McLeod Level

III NICU

(1-2 hrs ground) or MUSC Level IV NICU (45 min helicopter).
