ABOUT THE ROLE ENT
Physician to join well-established program and help shape its next growth phase. Leadership opportunity to expand clinical services and elevate patient-centered care. Balanced surgical and clinical practice with strong institutional support, modern facilities, excellent work-life balance.
SCHEDULE & CALL
Mon-Fri 8am"5pm / Half-day Fridays 2 days
OR + 2.5
days clinic + 0.5 admin/week Protected admin time Shared call 1:3 (advancing to 1:4 with recruitment) Phone-based with after-hours nurse triage support
TEAM & SUPPORT
Dedicated clinic support staff for each physician APP for team collaboration Designated RN per physician Full clinical and nursing support
PATIENT VOLUME & SCOPE
30+ patients/day average Newborn to geriatrics Full surgical and medical ENT scope
SURGICAL SERVICES
Head/neck tumors & cancer, tonsil/adenoid surgery, thyroid/parathyroid, facial plastic surgery, facial lesion/cancer removal, facial trauma, parotid gland, snoring/sleep apnea treatment, eardrum repair
MEDICAL & DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES
Voice/swallowing disorders, hearing loss, tinnitus, hearing aids, chronic sinusitis, deviated septum, ear infections, Bell's palsy, Meniere's disease, nosebleeds, onsite audiology sub-specialty

PTO REQUIREMENTS
Board-certified/eligible in Otolaryngology Valid SC license (or ability to obtain) Current DEA license Full ENT scope + surgical skills
