                                              REQUIRED PROCEDURES
                                              • Preventive care and wellness visits
                                              • Chronic disease management
                                              • Routine outpatient primary care procedures
                                              JOB REQUIREMENTS
                                              • Active South Carolina Medical License required
                                              • Board Certification not required
                                              • Active DEA preferred
                                              • Outpatient Primary Care / Family Medicine experience preferred
                                              • Fellowship required
                                              DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
                                              • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients ages 12 and older
                                              • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
                                              • Document patient encounters accurately within eClinicalWorks EMR
                                              • Work independently as the sole physician in the clinic
                                              • Collaborate with clinic support staff to ensure continuity of patient care
