JOB DETAILS
Join an established otolaryngology practice in a thriving regional medical hub serving a broad multi-state catchment area. This opportunity offers autonomy, the support of a dedicated clinical team, specialized ENT resources, consistent referral patterns, and strong surgical volume.
  • Established ENT practice with a dedicated clinical wing, specialized equipment, onsite lab, onsite X-ray, and
EPIC EMR.
  • $585,000 base salary with 4 tier wRVU production model
  • $56,000 sign-on bonus and $100,000 retention bonus
  • Minimum of 188 days of work annually
  • Strong internal referral base from local primary care and pediatric providers across a large regional service area.
  • Balanced practice mix with approximately 65-70% adult patients and 30-35% pediatric patients.
  • Schedule includes 4.5 days per week, with three clinic days and two surgical days supported by dedicated OR block time. Minimal call responsibilities.
  • Comprehensive ENT scope, including general otolaryngology, allergy testing, hearing evaluation, endoscopic procedures, sinus and thyroid surgery, facial reconstruction, and related surgical services.
