Job Description Join a collaborative, high-performing emergency medicine team at Baptist Arlington Emergency Department, a modern freestanding emergency department serving the Arlington and northeast Shelby County, Tennessee, community. TeamHealth is seeking an EM physician to join this well-supported practice. Opportunity Overview Practice in a 24/7 freestanding emergency department affiliated with Baptist Memorial HealthCare Community-focused ED with a steady, manageable patient volume Physician-led TeamHealth model with strong clinical and operational support Collaborative environment with experienced nursing and ancillary staff On-site lab and advanced imaging including CT, X-ray, and ultrasound Epic EMR Flexible scheduling supporting work-life balance Access to TeamHealth's national network, leadership development, and CME resources What You'll Do Provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care to adult and pediatric patients Manage a broad range of emergency presentations in a community setting Work collaboratively with nurses, consultants, and hospital leadership Participate in quality initiatives and performance improvement efforts Deliver efficient, evidence-based care in a supportive ED environment About Baptist Arlington Emergency Department Freestanding emergency department serving Arlington and surrounding communities Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Modern facility with eight treatment rooms and on-site diagnostics Known for compassionate care, strong community presence, and patient-focused culture Part of Baptist Memorial HealthCare, one of the region's most respected health systems Interested in learning more?
