Jackson, TN Overview :
An innovative behavioral health organization is seeking an entrepreneurial Psychiatrist (MD/DO) for a unique Full Time Direct Hire opportunity in Jackson, Tennessee. This is a rare chance to own and operate a Professional Corporation (PC) within a fully supported Management Services Organization (MSO) model. This is not a traditional employed position . The provider maintains full clinical autonomy and practice ownership while receiving complete operational, administrative, and business support. Provider Owns:
100% ownership of the Professional Corporation (PC) Full control of clinical decision-making and patient care Ownership of patient relationships and treatment protocols Authority over scheduling and practice operations Ability to expand services and hire additional providers
Infrastructure & Support Provided Operations & Staffing:
Front desk and intake coordination Operations management support Registered Nurse support for IV administration Billing and collections team Marketing and patient acquisition support
Technology & Systems:
EHR platform Telehealth platform Scheduling and communication systems Compliance and credentialing support
Clinic & Business Support:
Fully equipped clinic space Medical equipment and supplies Licensing and operational setup assistance Financial reporting and bookkeeping Ongoing operational management
Responsibilities :
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management Develop individualized treatment plans Provide ketamine-assisted and integrative psychiatric care Monitor patient progress and treatment outcomes Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with support staff and referral partners Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications Required:
MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Active Tennessee medical license or willingness to obtain DEA license or willingness to obtain Interest in innovative psychiatric treatment modalities Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in practice ownership
Preferred :
3-5 years of post-residency experience Experience with ketamine therapy, IV therapies, or integrative psychiatry Leadership or business management experience Interest in long-term practice growth
