Manage staff schedules, weekly payroll, and performance reviews. Develop and implement office policies in alignment with hospital standards. Coordinate financial performance, including reimbursements and operating costs. Partner with billing teams to ensure accurate charge capture and reimbursement. Serve as the liaison between providers, staff, vendors, and hospital departments. Monitor quality measures and implement process improvements. Handle credentialing and compliance requirements.
