Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Medical Directorship:
Take on a leadership role as a facility medical director, guiding the quality of care and offering mentorship to care teams. Your oversight will ensure continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
Attending Physician Duties:
Provide primary care and oversee medical treatment for residents at assisted living, nursing, and rehabilitation facilities. Your clinical acumen will be central to their ongoing well-being.
High-Quality, Evidence-Based Practice:
Deliver patient-centered care rooted in best practices, always striving for optimal health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Team Support:
Collaborate and provide clinical support to nurse practitioners, typically one per facility, empowering them with guidance and sharing medical expertise.
Medical Oversight:
Maintain responsibility for primary care services, ensuring that all patients receive comprehensive, coordinated medical attention.
Financial Rewards and Benefits:
Annual compensation ranges from $200,000 to $300,000+, based on workload and volume. You are in control of your earning potential.
Monthly Bonus Potential:
