Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care at skilled nursing facilities in Gallaway and Tiptonville, Tennessee. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to make a real difference for post-acute and long-term care patients. You'll work alongside experienced nurse practitioners and physician assistants to deliver patient-centered care while serving as the clinical lead and providing oversight at your assigned facilities. Physicians typically cover each site 1-2 days per week, with no fixed start or end times, no call, and no overnight shifts—helping you maintain a strong work-life balance.
What you can expect:
Part-time schedule with flexible days on-site (usually 1-2 days per facility per week) Typical daily patient volume of 18-25 visits Support from NPs and PAs and a collaborative, team-based culture Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply
Locations:
Primarily serving Tiptonville and Gallaway, Tennessee, with additional opportunities nationwide in Georgia, Kansas, Illinois, Louisiana, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Qualifications:
