PRN Mid-Level Provider SynergenX - Dallas Bring Your Energy. Build Relationships. Make an Impact. Are you a people person who happens to be an excellent healthcare provider? At SynergenX, we're looking for an NP, APRN, FNP, or PA who brings more than clinical knowledge to the table. We want someone who is confident, approachable, energetic, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys working with people. You'll work alongside our Physician Medical Directors and Center Directors to provide patient-focused care in hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness. This Isn't Your Typical Provider Role Our clinics are energetic, collaborative, and patient-focused. We're looking for someone who can connect with patients, communicate confidently, work well with the team, and keep a positive attitude when things get busy. If you enjoy variety, meeting new people, and making a difference in every patient interaction, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Provide patient-focused care within established clinical protocols Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans Educate patients about their health, treatment options, and wellness goals Build genuine relationships and establish trust with patients Explain medical information and treatment plans in a clear, easy-to-understand way Collaborate with Physician Medical Directors and Center Directors Work closely with clinic staff to maintain an efficient patient experience Utilize technology and electronic systems to manage patient care Help create a welcoming, positive, high-energy clinic environment We're Looking for the Right Personality Clinical expertise matters. You may be a great fit if you are: F riendly, approachable, and energetic A natural relationship builder Confident communicating with patients and teammates Compassionate and patient-focused A strong team player Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Positive and adaptable when things get busy Able to explain complex medical information in everyday language Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people Required Qualifications Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary action Current DEA license Current Controlled Substance License Must be willing and able to work at our Southlake, Plano, Frisco, Rockwall, McKinney, Walnut Hill, and Prosper locations as needed Available to work: Minimum 2 weekdays per month 2 Saturdays per 4-week month 3 Saturdays per 5-week month Saturday hours: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Must be available for 10 consecutive weekdays of training (2 full weeks) following clinic hours Paid Training We provide 2 full weeks of paid training! You'll receive hands-on training covering our clinical protocols, systems, workflows, and patient experience standards.
