Primary Care / Family Medicine w/ OB / CMO Opportunities West Texas FQHC We are partnering with a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in rural West Texas seeking Primary Care Physicians, Family Medicine with Obstetrics physicians, and a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join and lead a growing, community-focused care team. This is an exceptional opportunity to serve a medically underserved population while enjoying strong compensation, flexible scheduling, and eligibility for multiple loan repayment and incentive programs. Available Roles 1. Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine) 2. Family Medicine with Obstetrics 3. Chief Medical Officer (Clinical + Administrative Leadership 80/20 split) Each role offers the ability to make a meaningful impact in a tight-knit community with strong institutional support and stable patient demand. Practice Overview Rural West Texas location Established care team: 1 full-time Family Medicine physician 2 part-time Internal Medicine physicians 3 full-time Physician Assistants Monday-Friday schedule (8-hour clinic days) Average patient volume: 18-22 patients/day
