Approximately 70,000 visits/year Physician shift times: 6a-6p, 6p-6a
NP/PA Coverage:
Yes; APPs expected for surge support Back-up specialties available: Multi-specialty consultant support and trauma surgeons available 24/7
EMR:
Meditech Certifications required: American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), must have an active Texas License and Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA).
