This is a growing practice that serves a patient population in need of behavioral health services for children and adolescents. The psychiatrist is responsible for the delivery of psychiatric evaluation, medication management, treatment planning, and emergency evaluations to child and adolescent patients. Psychiatrist develops and maintains clinical diagnostic and treatment protocols for psychiatric treatment. Consults with staff, treatment team participation, and coordination with other professionals. Mentors| supervises mid-level NP's.
