- Flexible 4 or 4.5-day workweek
- Light 1:8 call schedule shared among employed and independent OBGYNs
- No inpatient responsibilities with APP coverage in
L&D 24/7
- Level III NICU and 24/7 anesthesia support
- Robotics available with two Da Vinci Xi systems and a third being added
- Guaranteed salary of $400K+ with realistic earnings exceeding $550K
