South Plains Rural Health Services (SPRHS) is seeking compassionate and mission-driven Staff Physician to join our team at Howard County Community Health Center in Big Spring, TX. What you'll do: Provide high-quality outpatient care aligned with your specialty Develop patient-centered care plans, including exams, diagnosis, and follow-up Order and interpret diagnostic test in a cost-effective manner Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care Participate in quality improvement efforts and staff meetings Support public health efforts and patient education Maintain eligibility to serve on local hospital medical staff Supervise NPs What you'll bring: MD Or DO from accredited medical school Texas Medical License (or ability to obtain) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice Current BLS certification Commitment to health equity and community care Ability to work well in a team-based, multidisciplinary setting Eligible to supervise mid-level providers and serve on staff. As part of South Plains Rural Health Services, Inc.'s commitment to patient and staff safety, all employees are required to comply with the annual influenza vaccination policy.
