Emergency Medicine Physician Rural Texas 1099 $150/Hour Extremely Low Volume 14-Bed Hospital Flexible Hour Shifts She Recruits is partnering with a rural Texas critical access hospital to recruit an Emergency Medicine Physician (or qualified FP/IM with ER experience) for a very low-volume emergency department. If you re looking for autonomy, lighter patient load, and a slower-paced environment this is that role. Compensation $150 per hour (1099) Flexible 24-hour or 48-hour shift options. Schedule 1:00 PM 1:00 AM 1:00 AM 1:00 PM 24-hour or 48-hour shift models available Physician or APP coverage model Designed for providers comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting.
