Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to practice Family Medicine in a well'resourced outpatient setting, while also building an aesthetics component within your practice.
The Opportunity:
- 100% outpatient Family Medicine with the option to incorporate and grow aesthetics
- Manageable volume of 15-20 patients per day, allowing time for quality care
- 4.5'day workweek with dedicated, protected administrative time
- Join a collaborative care model alongside 2 primary care physicians, 2 APPs, a general surgeon, and a physician'friendly administration
- Medical Director role available for those interested in leadership and influence
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive guaranteed base salary
- $90,000 recruitment bonus
- $3,000 reimbursement for Texas medical license, DEA, and professional association fees
- 25 days of PTO
