Job Description

Job Summary:
We are currently hiring Family or Internal Medicine Physicians for our Free-Standing Emergency Rooms in either Dallas or Houston . Applicants will be hired specifically for one location only , and are not required to work in both cities unless desired, though emergent situations may arise. This is a great opportunity to provide high-quality care in a modern, fast-paced ER setting. We offer 24-hour overnight shifts , with a minimum of 3 shifts per month required. Volume-based bonuses available.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and efficient medical care for patients presenting with urgent or emergent conditions Perform procedures including suturing, wound care, and basic orthopedic interventions Order and interpret labs and imaging (radiology interpretations are provided) Communicate clearly with patients and families about diagnoses and care plans Work collaboratively with nursing and support staff to deliver excellent patient outcomes Adhere to clinical best practices and safety standards
Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Active and unrestricted Texas medical license Current DEA license Strong decision-making skills under pressure Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills Ability to work at least three 24-hour shifts per month (more shifts = higher earning potential) Apply today to join our team in either Dallas or Houston — no cross-location travel required but is available if desired.
