Job Description
This exceptional organization is not looking for someone to inherit an existing program. They are looking for a physician leader who wants the autonomy to build a premier robotic Urology practice and shape the future of Urologic care in a Southwest Texas community with a catchment area of 100,000. Their C-Suite team is committed to providing the resources, administrative support, and capital investment necessary to help you grow that vision.

Flexible Scheduling Options:
Full-Time or 2 Weeks On/2 Weeks Off- Brand New da Vinci on-site
- 93 bed, Not-For-Profit, level IV trauma center
- 25 referring physicians waiting for your arrival with no competition
- 2 blocked OR days of surgery and 2 days in the clinic
- Healthy combination of general bread-and-butter urology cases and additional clinical interests welcomed!
Compensation:
- $500,000 - $550,000 Salary Range, $66,000 in Call Pay, and $55,000 Quality Incentive Bonus
- wRVU Production Bonus
- Comprehensive benefits: 6 weeks PTO, $5,000 CME, sign-on, and relocation allowance.
