Opportunity Details We are actively recruiting a skilled Pathologist to join our established, high-volume team in McAllen, TX. This hospital-employed position offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to join an expanding pathology group, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality diagnostic services within a collaborative and supportive practice environment.         Patient Volume:
        High-volume acute care facility with growing demand for diagnostic pathology services
          Location:
          McAllen/Edinburg, Texas (Rio Grande Valley)
            Practice Setting:
            South Texas Health System, state-of-the-art pathology laboratory
            • Support /
            Care Team:
            Collaborative pathology group with an expanding team, laboratory technologists, and support staff
            • EMR /
            Technology:
            Cerner EMR with advanced clinical and anatomic pathology laboratory equipment Responsibilities
            • Provide comprehensive anatomic and clinical pathology services to a diverse patient population
            • Collaborate with the pathology group, clinicians, and laboratory staff to ensure high-quality diagnostic services
            • Participate in diagnostic evaluations, reporting, and quality assurance activities
            • Document findings and maintain accurate records within the hospital's EMR system Compensation & Benefits

                  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology
                  • Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain Texas licensure
                  • Spanish language skills beneficial but not required Growth & Development
