Job Description

Job Overview National Breathe Free Sinus and Allergy Centers is in search of an Advanced Practice Provider! The candidate will work side by side the Doctor to give the best ENT care in the area. The candidate will be compensated for their performance and will be given room for growth as we rapidly expand locally and nationally. Our practice has a strong belief that it is imperative that the providers ONLY complete tasks that are required for a provider to complete. Our infrastructure will allow for this to be the case and for the candidate to solely focus on giving the most advanced patient care. Our office is equipped with the most state of the art equipment including a low dose CT scanner linked to a cloud based system, endoscopic towers, and flat panel TVs connected to apple TV allowing full integration of all our technology which makes educating patients much easier and enhances the overall patient experience. Responsibilities Conduct thorough physical examinations, patient assessments, document vital signs and detailed medical histories to inform diagnosis and treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and other specialist. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Support diagnostic evaluations through ordering and interpreting medical imaging, lab test (including ICD coding) and physiological assessments. Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with CPT coding updates, ICD-10 classifications, medical terminology advancements and healthcare standards like NCQA. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Nursing (NP), Physician Assistant Studies (PA), or equivalent advanced practice credentialing. Valid state licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider with certification from recognized bodies such as ANCC or AAPA. Proficiency with EMR systems; Telehealth experience is a plus Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, CPT coding, ICD coding (including
ICD-9 & ICD-10
), and CPT coding practices. Ability to perform physical examinations using aseptic technique; competence in diagnostic evaluation and physical assessment skills. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on health coaching, pain management strategies, discharge planning, and patient education across diverse populations. Pay:
$115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
