Job Description
We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 7-day assignment in Texas, commencing Oct 31, 2026. The client is a Level IV Trauma Center where you will work 12-hour shifts (7-7). You will be responsible for managing emergency codes, performing all lifesaving procedures including intubation and ventilation management, conducting H&P, and caring for a diverse patient demographic. Responsibilities and Duties Operate within a Trauma Center environment Perform all lifesaving procedures Execute intubation procedures Perform extubation procedures Manage ventilation Conduct History and Physical (H&P) examinations Respond to and manage emergency codes Additional Information Board Certification in Family Medicine is required EMR utilized is T-System This facility is a Trauma Center with ER beds Patient demographic consists of 20% Trauma, 30% Pediatric, and 25% Geriatric cases Staffing mix includes 2 Family Practice physicians, 1 Pediatrician, and 4 Family Nurse Practitioners Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities
