Job Description

Katy, Texas, Area Primary Care Physician Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and compassionate advanced practice clinician to join our post-acute care team in the Katy, Texas, area, including Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond, and West Houston. This full-time opportunity offers excellent support and training, professional autonomy, and outstanding earning potential while providing high-quality care in skilled nursing facilities.

Position Highlights Full-time schedule:
5 days per week Practice in skilled nursing facilities throughout the Katy and West Houston area Strong onboarding, training, and ongoing support Autonomy with the backing of a collaborative multidisciplinary team Fee-for-service compensation model with uncapped productivity income potential Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs Monitor patient progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and healthcare professionals in a team-based approach Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care strategies Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Qualifications Current Texas physician license and DEA required Experience in post-acute care, acute care, emergency department, or clinic settings preferred, but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Compensation Compensation is based on a fee-for-service model with an estimated annual compensation range of $191,108 to $225,330, plus uncapped productivity income potential.
