Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated Emergency Medicine physician to join a tight-knit group of six physicians serving Levelland, Texas. You'll step into a collaborative, community-focused emergency department where teamwork and patient-centered care are genuinely valued. What you'll enjoy: A stable, collegial group of experienced emergency physicians A supportive culture that emphasizes collaboration and high-quality, compassionate care A true community-oriented practice where your work has visible local impact Flexibility to fit your life—multiple scheduling and employment options Scheduling & employment: 1099 opportunities available Full-time, part-time, or PRN options Flexible scheduling to help maintain work-life balance Day-to-day responsibilities: Provide comprehensive emergency care for patients of all ages Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illnesses and injuries Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary teams to coordinate care Maintain timely, accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols Deliver patient-centered care tailored to community needs What we're looking for: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, or Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with emergency medicine experience Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one Authorization to work in the United States Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and a team-first mindset Compensation & benefits: $205.00 per hour Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage If you want a flexible practice model in a supportive, community-driven emergency department in West Texas, this is a great opportunity to join a team that truly values its physicians and the patients they serve.
