Job Description

Longview Regional Clinics, affiliated with Longview Regional Medical Center, is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified General Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established, high-demand practice in Longview, Texas (2 hours to Dallas, 1 hour to Shreveport). Serving as the healthcare hub for a regional population of over 300,000+ across East Texas, this position offers rapid practice ramp-up and immediate patient volume. LRMC is a 7-time consecutive recipient of Leapfrog Grade "A" award demonstrating a commitment to quality.
About Your Work:
Employed, full-time, well-respected practice Join 2 physicians and 1 APP Call 1:3 Level III trauma 24-bed ED (44,000 ED visits in 2025) 224-bed hospital with 16 modern OR suites, dedicated blocks, MAKO availability, efficient and tenured OR team, and 24/7 anesthesia coverage. Additional access to an ASC with 4 OR suites
EMR:
Cerner with Suki AI scribe technology Fully-equipped clinic with experienced support team; clinic on campus of medical center High volume potential with expected averages of 300-350 OP clinic visits and 40-50 surgical cases per month. Weekly outreach clinic in Marshall, 30 minutes away. Established referral network supported by 13 physician clinics, a 9-bed freestanding ED and dedicated outreach/marketing support. Robust multidisciplinary support such as IP/OP therapy, MSK radiologists, Infusion therapy, Interventional Pain Management, Oncology, etc. Center for

specialized IP program right on the surgical unit structurally aligned with CMS Care Compare quality metrics. Dedicated post-op physical and occupational therapy with excellent patient-reported experience scores.
