Anesthesia Coverage Needs:

4x10 non consecutive. Need full time.

Site Details:

Number of MDs/CRNAs per day: 20 MDs / 14 CRNAsNumber of operating rooms: 20OR case volume: Approximately 1,600 cases per month between both facilitiesNumber of deliveries: 180 per monthCross credential:

BAYLOR ORTHOPEDIC AND SPINE HOSPITAL AT ARLINGTON

(may be able to expedite file here so provider can work in the interim if approved before Mansfield. Main work location will be Mansfield)Credentialing timeframe: 90 daysDesired start: ASAP after credentialingLength of contract: 3-6 months
