As a full-time nocturnist, you will become part of a stable, physician-led program dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care while fostering strong relationships with patients, families, and hospital staff. The program offers a supportive practice environment, experienced leadership, and a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule that promotes work-life balance. This position is ideal for a physician who enjoys practicing nocturnal hospital medicine and is committed to providing excellent inpatient care. Candidates should be board-certified in internal medicine, comfortable working in an open ICU environment alongside intensivist support, and confident managing acute clinical situations, including responding to codes.
