Night Hospitalist APP Opportunity in Odessa, TX Join an established inpatient hospitalist program in a dedicated nighttime APP role offering a 7-on/7-off schedule and up to $180K in first-year compensation . You'll work alongside a dedicated nocturnist physician with strong specialty support. Position Highlights 7-on/7-off , Tuesday-Monday 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Work alongside a dedicated physician nocturnist Hospitalist service manages an approximately 90-patient census Physician handles admissions, codes, and rapid responses APPs are not responsible for running codes Level III Trauma Center with strong specialty support
