Job Description

An expanding nonprofit Children?s Hospital is seeking a fellowship?trained Pediatric ENT to join a well?established, multidisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, audiologists, and geneticists. Enjoy a sustainable mix of bread?and?butter pediatric ENT cases and complex diagnoses while caring for a vulnerable patient population.
Position Highlights:
Flexible, physician?designed schedule with dedicated OR, clinic, and admin time Broad pediatric ENT case mix (tubes, T&A, laryngoscopy, tympanoplasty, tongue?tie, thyroglossal duct cysts) $575K+ total compensation $75K post?tax recruitment bonus Fellowship stipend available Excellent benefits including malpractice, retirement, 25 days PTO, and CME allowance
