Job Description

Full -Time or Part-Time Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Pediatrician, where your expertise will directly impact the health and well-being of children from infancy through adolescence. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive pediatric care, diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote healthy growth and development. We are seeking a motivated, compassionate professional eager to make a difference in the lives of young patients while working in a supportive and innovative environment. Duties Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments of pediatric patients, including vital signs, physical examinations, and developmental evaluations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and behavioral health issues specific to children. Develop personalized care plans, including immunizations, health screenings, and preventive care strategies aligned with current guidelines. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems: EMR platforms to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with specialists in fields such as neonatology, cardiology, endocrinology, psychiatry, or ophthalmology when specialized intervention is required. Provide health education and counseling to patients' families on topics like nutrition, safety, developmental milestones, and chronic disease management. Manage inpatient pediatric cases in hospital or Level I trauma center settings, ensuring continuity of care during hospitalization or emergency situations. Skills Proven experience with pediatric clinical procedures. Strong knowledge of pediatric physiology, growth patterns, immunizations, and disease prevention strategies. Familiarity with advanced diagnostic tools such as medical imaging (CT scans), laboratory testing (pathology), and diagnostic radiology relevant to pediatrics. Proficiency in using EMR systems for patient documentation and clinical research purposes. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate complex medical information clearly to children and their families.
