Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, healthcare to patients of all ages, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diverse medical conditions. Your expertise will help promote wellness and manage acute and chronic illnesses within a collaborative practice setting. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments through physical examinations and medical history reviews Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses across all age groups Develop personalized care plans, including preventive health strategies and health coaching Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals across specialties such as cardiology, endocrinology, dermatology, pediatrics, and more to ensure comprehensive patient care Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory work, medical imaging, and other diagnostic radiology procedures Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, medication management, and lifestyle modifications Requirements Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with active licensure in the practicing state Completion of residency training in family medicine or a related primary care specialty with post-residency experience Proven experience in outpatient settings with strong patient service skills Proficiency in EHR systems and familiarity with medical terminology for accurate documentation Knowledge of diverse clinical procedures including suturing, IV infusion, wound care, and basic life support (BLS) certification Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams across various specialties such as anesthesiology, surgery, obstetrics/gynecology (Ob/Gyn), neurology, pulmonology, psychiatry, radiology, nephrology, immunology, infectious disease care, hospice & palliative medicine, among others Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient assessment and education Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and upholding standards of confidentiality and ethical practice Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by providing compassionate primary care within a vibrant team environment.
