Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full time Primary Care Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires strong patient service skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Our office is owned and operated by physicians local in Austin, TX. We are not a private equity backed group, and we pride ourselves in really listening to each one of our partners that we have that work with us to serve the greater Austin area. We are hiring for our Round Rock or North Austin office Location. Included benefits for total compensation include: 401k match PTO Vision / Dental RVU bonus CME Malpractice Duties Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to diagnose health issues. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide ongoing care for chronic conditions and manage acute illnesses. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options. Collaborate with specialists as necessary for comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Experience Board certification / eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Previous experience in primary care settings is highly desirable but not required (many of us in the group were hospitalist before transitioning to primary care) Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and education.
