San Marcos Family Medicine , a well-respected physician-led primary care practice, is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team in San Marcos, Texas . For more than 25 years, the practice has served the Central Texas community with a focus on accessible, high-quality care and strong, long-term relationships with patients and families. Position Highlights Join an established team of 3 board-certified physicians and 5 advanced practice providers across Family Medicine, Urgent Care, and Preventive Medicine Provide full-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine across the lifespan Fully supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff Strong referral relationships within the local medical community Four-day work week schedule supporting work-life balance Option to incorporate urgent care shifts, procedures, or other clinical interests Comprehensive on-site services , including lab, x-ray, ultrasound, allergy testing, hormone replacement therapy, and medical weight management Opportunity to participate in clinical research and trials through a Javara partnership Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Texas medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with productivity incentives and sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits package and generous paid time off Malpractice coverage CME allowance and license reimbursement Partnership potential for interested candidates
