Job Description
Pediatric Surgery - El Paso Area Hospital employed practice is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Surgeon to join their team Competitive base salary offered plus wRVU incentive- to be discussed with employer directly Clinic located in MOB adjacent to hospital Average of 6-10 patients per day in clinic and 5-8 surgeries weekly (2-3 clinical days, 1-2 surgical days) Cover clinic appointments, call, and inpatient consults 110-bed pediatric hospital (BC Pediatric Anesthesiologists on staff), 40 general Peds beds, 16-bed PICU, New, 30-bed Level IV NICU with Pediatric hospitalists and 24-7 in-house Neonatologists Shared call of 1:3 Comprehensive benefits package offered including health, dental, and life insurances, 401k with match, salary deferment program, PTO, CME, malpractice coverage, and more!
