In this role, you will provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures. Your expertise will play an essential role in enhancing the overall patient experience and outcomes within our facility. Responsibilities Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical and medical procedures Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure a safe operative environment Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients Conduct patient assessments to determine anesthesia needs Stay informed of advancements in anesthesia techniques and protocols Ensure compliance with all medical and safety regulations Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an Anesthesiology residency program Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a team Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations Availability for on-site, full-time scheduling Level II Trauma Center functioning as a
