We are the largest independent rural healthcare system in Utah. As a locally owned not for profit 501c3 organization, all profits are reinvested in our communities to ensure that we continue to expand needed services. Our purpose is to truly help our communities have access to the very best healthcare has to offer without having to leave the Uintah Basin whenever possible. Our mission is caring for our communities through access to compassionate, quality healthcare and investing in those we serve.

Our medical staff consists of 35 physicians and 23 advanced practice providers.
We have outreach clinics staffed by 15 mid-levels that serve as referral sources for the physicians and the hospital.
