Our community-based clinic offers flexible hours across two locations, providing high-quality, patient-centered care through in-person and occasional virtual visits. The provider will collaborate with a team of physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants, utilizing advanced technology and organizational resources. Conduct clinical assessments and facilitate shared decision-making. Manage patient care via in-office and telemedicine platforms. Work with a care team to develop and implement treatment plans. Qualifications include an MD/DO with certification or eligibility, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort with technology. Experience in high-volume outpatient settings is preferred. Position offers a salary of $200,000-$250,000 annually, with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, professional liability coverage, and a flexible schedule. It is a full-time, in-person role dedicated to providing compassionate care in a collaborative environment.
