Job Description
Client is a rapidly growing network of outpatient integrative psychiatry and mental wellness clinics dedicated to transforming mental health care. We specialize in treating depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and treatment-resistant conditions through a whole-person, evidence-based approach. Our model integrates traditional psychiatric care with nutrition, mindfulness, positive psychology, lifestyle coaching, psychotherapy, and advanced interventions such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and ketamine-assisted therapy, along with medication management when appropriate. We are committed to helping patients build meaning, resilience, and long-term well-being across mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. Our team operates collaboratively and is in-network with most major commercial insurance providers. The Psychiatric Medical Director provides clinical leadership, strategic oversight, and medical direction across the Client network. This role combines hands-on patient care with executive-level responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, integrative, and evidence-based psychiatric services while advancing the organization s holistic care philosophy. You will work closely with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, therapists, coaches, and executive leadership to drive clinical excellence, innovation, and measurable patient outcomes.
