Provide anesthetics at multiple outpatient surgical centers, conducting patient evaluations, developing anesthesia plans, and supervising certified nurse anesthetists. Administer and monitor general and regional anesthesia, manage post-operative care, and ensure patient safety during procedures. Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, venous/arterial punctures, airway management, and post-op evaluations. Collaborate with surgical teams, maintain records, order tests, and respond to adverse reactions. Supervise and mentor anesthesia staff, including interns and residents. Requirements include MD/DO, board certification or eligibility in anesthesiology, VA license, 3+ years of high-acuity experience, strong communication, teamwork, and patient safety skills.
