Physician Opportunities Across Manassas, Haymarket, Warrenton & Gainesville, Virginia UVA Health OB/GYN is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologists to join growing collaborative, physician-led group serving patients across Manassas, Haymarket, Warrenton, and Gainesville. These opportunities offers full-scope OB/GYN care with a practice model intentionally designed to support excellent patient care, team-based coverage, and a sustainable work-life balance. Opportunity Overview These positions provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a group practice setting. Physicians enjoy a balanced mix of office-based care, scheduled surgical time, and shared call responsibilities. Additionally, the team includes dedicated nursing staff, medical assistants, front-desk personnel, and clinic administrator, who value collaboration and mutual support and collaboration across our geographies to support a cohesive regional Ob/GYN program. There is a culture of "Yes," with a strong commitment to partnering with providers to establish the optimal patient-provider experience Experienced clinical and administrative support teams Community-based organization committed to serving with a growing medical group and strong backing of an academic medical center Highly competitive benefits package Competitive salary and incentives Access to teaching conferences, grand rounds, and other CME related activities Excellent access to subspecialty care locally and across the Health System Generous time off and CME policies Clinical Responsibilities Provide outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care Participate in group-based OB call coverage with 24-hour shifts Manage Labor & Delivery, postpartum care, ER consults, and emergent gynecologic surgeries while on call Perform gynecologic surgeries including hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, and hysterectomy OR block time Call Schedule Call is shared equally among physicians in a group model. The on-call physician is responsible for all inpatient OB/GYN care during the 24-hour call period. Technology & Ancillary Services Office-Based Resources Non-stress testing (NST) Colposcopy Ultrasound Robust Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) collaboration, including ultrasound reads and high-risk consults Hospital-Based Resources DaVinci robotic surgical system 24-hour in-house anesthesia Advanced critical care and interventional radiology support Level
III NICU
with strong neonatal and maternal support Robust Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) collaboration, including ultrasound reads and high-risk consults Candidate Qualifications Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Eligible for Virginia medical licensure and DEA certification Open to experienced physicians and recent residency graduates Team-oriented, collaborative approach to care Passion for women's health and interest in building long-term community relationships
