• M-F 8a-5p preferred 100% outpatient
• no hospital responsibility 40% adult, 60% geriatric Call is 1 weekend every 9 weeks, and an average of 4 days per month. Average patients per day

• after ramp up period All adult/geriatric patient panel

EPIC EMR

• telehealth/evisits through MyChart 1:1 dedicated support by CMA or LPN Diabetes Educator in Practice See patients for scheduled appointments (sick visits, routine follow-ups, hospital follow-ups, pre-op medical clearance), refill medications, follow-up with patients on labs/imaging studies with assistance of LPN/CMA, document encounter and billing in EMR and close encounter same day.

Sign home health orders and other patient correspondence as needed. Occasionally precepting med students from Liberty University Well-established practice, opportunity to be very busy Our team is kind, respectful and supportive of our patients and each other. We cover for each other when needed, switch days of call due to sick/PTO, help cover messages and refills. Provider will be expected to close charts same day.
